The class actually started at noon and they finished eating the full Thai dinner set at about 4 pm. It was the fastest class I ever taught with 2 dishes, One was Larb northern style very complicated and the other was Nam Prik with pork.
Even though two of them were cooking two different dishes at the same time the class ran very fast and smooth, thanks to both of them for keeping everything easy for me by knowing how to handle Thai food well. They knew what to expect out of the food and asked me loads of questions, which made me very happy because I got to educate them about a lot of Thai food culture.
What surprised me was that he knew almost all of the spices and herbs that are used in Northern Larb which, if you know how to cook this dish, is impressive. I was just watching him all through it. He needed no assistance. In addition, she was a very fast and strong lady in the kitchen.
The day passed by faster than I wanted it to. They both were very nice to me. What a wonderful time to share with foodlovers. And thank you both so much for being so sweet to each other. You have created a couple goal for me. The very nice talk and encouragement throughout the section was very lovely. Hope you two had a great time too. xx
The only way to taste the real Thai food
"He may have put too much lime, but I say that it tastes super refreshing."
"She may only be used to Thai curry in a box, but her handmade curry was just like the way my mummy made it."
