Mike and Eric were making Ka Nom Gluay and Ka Nom Fug Tong, steamed and grilled.The class took almost 3 hrs. We were having a lot of fun and many inside questions about the dishes were answered. Especially with Mike, he loves cooking and has cooked a lot western cuisine, so he had a lot of interesting questions for me while we were having a coffee break.
